We will then chart your best course of treatment. This can range from psycho-education and monitoring of self-care issues (diet, exercise, sleep patterns, communication skills, relaxation skills, assertiveness training, etc) to more involved psychotherapy options which may include psychiatric evaluations, pharmacological interventions and/or appropriate referrals or alternative treatment options when indicated.
  • Improve Your Emotional Health and Relationships — Become better equipped to control and manage your thoughts, behaviors and emotions. Stop feeling like a victim in your own life. Acquire self confidence and assurance. Really know yourself. Learn how to ask for what you want and get it; acquire a better sense of well-being and balance in your life. Get rid of anger.
