Joy Hafner Bailey, EdD, LMFT, LPC, NCC

Dr. Bailey’s private practice is focused in two distinct areas — coaching and clinical supervision. Her emphasis and favorite population is primarily working with and supporting women because she feels she is a good role model. She has been practicing for over thirty years and is still passionate about empowering women and assisting them so they can live successfully and independently even within the parameters of a marriage or partnership.
She teaches them how to gain their fulfillment from themselves and from their own values and passions whether this is through coaching or during psychotherapy. Supervision consists of teaching those who are seeking licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist and a Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia.
Dr. Bailey is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a licensed Professional Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. She has earned her Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Counseling/Psychology from Texas A&M University.
